Our Brilliant and Professional Printing Technology (3): 3D Sublimation

3D Sublimation is a printing technology that uses heat to transfer dye onto medium materials such as a plastic card, paper, or fabric. The sublimation name is applied because the dye transitions between the solid and gas states without going through a liquid stage. Therefore, we apply this technology at our smartphone case or other premium & gift so that it won’t be scratched.

For printing a case, we will base top coatings on the blank cases. Then, print the graphics directly to the sub film, press the film onto the blank cases in the vacuum press machine and then peel off the film from the cases so it finishes. It is mainly capable for PC, TPU and PU leather.

It can be low MOQ per design and it is good for versatile in terms of colors, and can even wrap on the whole case, including the sides. If you feel interested, please send your enquiry to sales@handyst.com and we will offer you the best price.
